<p>En este post veremos cómo configurar VLANs en las redes de Proxmox VE 9.0</p>
<ul>
<li>Para empezar y ponernos en contexto, vamos a configurar las VLANs del mismo modo que lo hacemos en una infraestructura con VMware vSphere, es decir, en un virtual switch, configuramos un port group del tipo VMkernel para la interface de management asignándole una dirección IP y una etiqueta o ID de VLAN, y en ese mismo virtual switch vamos configurando nuevos port group del tipo máquina virtual para cada VLAN asignándole su etiqueta o ID de VLAN que corresponda, lo mismo haremos en Proxmox, eso sí, con sus particularidades, pero la idea sería la misma:</li>

<li><strong>El nodo de Proxmox (management)</strong> con su IP en la <strong>VLAN 99</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Las VMs/Contenedores LXCs</strong> que salgan por el mismo puerto trunk, cada uno en su propia VLAN (10, 20, 30).</li>

<li>Con esto, ya tendríamos configurado el acceso a nuestro Proxmox desde la VLAN de GESTION, para la configuración de las VMs/Contenedores LXCs elegiremos el bridge vmbr0, en el campo <strong>VLAN Tag</strong>, colocaremos el número de VLAN (10, 20, 30), así Proxmox insertará el tag VLAN cuando el tráfico salga por vmbr0 → bond0 hacia el switch trunk:</li>

<li>Este sería el resumen de todo lo que hemos configurado:</li>
<li>El <strong>nodo Proxmox</strong> usa la VLAN 99 → vmbr0.99</li>
<li>Una <strong>VM1</strong> con IP en VLAN 10 → asignamos vmbr0 como interfaz y VLAN Tag = 10</li>
<li>Una <strong>VM2</strong> con IP en VLAN 20 → asignamos vmbr0 como interfaz y VLAN Tag = 20</li>
<li>Una <strong>VM3</strong> con IP en VLAN 30 → asignamos vmbr0 como interfaz y VLAN Tag = 30</li>
<li>El switch físico, debe tener el puerto donde está Proxmox en modo trunk/tagged con VLANs 10, 20, 30 y 99 permitidas.</li>
<li>La <strong>VLAN 99</strong> es la que usará el propio Proxmox para <strong>management</strong></li>
<li><strong>Proxmox</strong> se gestiona en la <strong>VLAN 99</strong></li>
<li>Las <strong>VMs/Contenedores LXCs</strong> pueden usar cualquier VLAN disponible en el trunk, solo con asignar el tag correspondiente en la GUI</li>

<p>En este post vamos a mostrar otro ejemplo de una configuración básica de VLANs.</p>
<p>En un instituto hay 2 ADSL con la distribución de dispositivos que se muestra en el esquema. Tenemos que palntear una solución para que los alumnos utilicen una ADSL y los profesores otra, manteniendo la distribución física. Todos los puertos se encuentran en la VLAN predeterminada (VLAN 1).</p>

<p>Seguiría siendo válida una solución basada en dos redes IPs diferentes con el inconveniente de que el alumno podría cambiar la configuración IP de su equipo y acceder a la ADSL y los equipos de los profesores.</p>
<p>La solución más técnica consiste en crear dos VLAN:</p>
<ul>
<li>VLAN 10: equipos de profesores y un router ADSL</li>
<li>VLAN 20: equipos de alumnos y otro router ADSL</li>
</ul>
<p>Activamos los servicios DHCP de los routers ADSL y configuramos los puertos de los switchs como se muestra en la tabla:</p>

<p>Entre los switchs se configura un enlace troncal, este enlace permite el tráfico de diferentes VLAN, una secuencia de envío de datos desde el PC del profesor del aula 1 al PC del profesor del aula 2 sería:</p>
<ol>
<li>El PC del profesor del aula 1 envía los datos al puerto 1 del switch izquierdo “sin etiquetar”</li>
<li>El switch recibe los datos, los etiqueta con “VLAN 10”, y los envía a través del puerto 5</li>
<li>El switch derecho recibe los datos por el puerto 3, le quita la etiqueta “VLAN 10” y los envía sin etiquetar por el puerto 1 con destino al PC del profesor del aula</li>

<p>En este post vamos a mostrar un ejemplo de una configuración básica de VLANs.</p>
<p>En un instituto hay 3 ADSL con la distribución de dispositivos que se muestra en el esquema. Tenemos que plantear una solución para que cada Aula utilice una ADSL manteniendo la distribución física. Todos los puertos se encuentran en la VLAN predeterminada, es decir, la VLAN 1.</p>

<p>Esta solución no utiliza VLAN, es a base de configuración IP de los dispositivos, asignamos IPs a dispositivos formando tres redes independientes, por ejemplo, 192.168.1.0/24 (aula 1 y router ADSL 1), 192.168.2.0/24 (aula 2 y router ADSL 2) y 192.168.3.0/24 (aula 3 y router ADSL 3).</p>
<p>El inconveniente de esta solución es que como todos los dispositivos están conectados a puertos de la VLAN predeterminada y los usuarios pueden manipular la configuración IP podrían acceder entre aulas. Otro inconveniente es que la asignación la tenemos que hacer manual, porque si activamos un servicio DHCP pondría todos los dispositivos en una red y sí activamos varios servicios DHCP se mezclarían de forma imprevisible. No es la solución más óptima.</p>

<p>Se podría también usar las VLANs 1,2,3 pero normalmente la VLAN 1 es la VLAN predeterminada y si conectamos nuevos dispositivos al switch se van a asociar a esta VLAN de entrada y por precaución es mejor que tengamos que indicar la VLAN.</p>
<p>Respecto a la configuración IP, los dispositivos se configuran automáticamente de las asignaciones DHCP de los router ADSL, las IPs en diferentes VLANs se pueden repetir porque son completamente independientes.</p>
<p>En la práctica esta segunda solución “lógica” es igual al siguiente esquema “físico”, es como dividir el switch en 3 switches más pequeños<strong>:</strong></p>

<p>En este post, como ya hicimos en otro anterior, vamos a mostrar con un ejemplo como se configuran las LAN Virtuales (VLANs) con dispositivos Cisco.</p>
<p>Una academia dispone de un aula con 9 PCs, un servidor web, una tienda de informática con 2 PCs y un switch multicapa (L3) de 24 puertos.<br />
Disponen de una conexión a internet a través de un router-NAT con los parámetros:</p>
<ul>
<li>WAN, facilitados por el ISP: IP pública estática: 88.2.188.98/24. Puerta de enlace 88.2.188.1. DNS 8.8.8.8</li>
<li>LAN: IP de fábrica 192.168.0.1/24</li>
</ul>
<p>Vamos a  configurar el switch multicapa para que:<br />
1. Todos tengan acceso a Internet.<br />
2. El aula no acceda al servidor web, ni a la tienda, excepto un PC reservado al profesor.<br />
3. Una red diferente para los PCs de la tienda y el servidor web.</p>
<ul>
<li>El esquema físico de las conexiones sería:</li>

<li>Vamos a crear dos VLANs, la VLAN 10 para los equipos del aula, incluido el equipo del profesor y la VLAN 20, para los equipos de la tienda.</li>
<li>Los puertos 23 y 24 los desactivaremos como puertos de switch y los activaremos como interface de router.</li>
<li>No hay ningún puerto en modo troncal.</li>
<li>El esquema lógico que conseguimos con esta configuración sería el siguiente:</li>

<li>Respecto del enrutamiento todas las redes están conectadas directamente, excepto la ruta por defecto, es decir, tendremos que programar en el switch multicapa el enrutamiento hacia Internet. La tabla de enrutamiento quedaría:</li>

<li>Además, tendremos que hacer 3 NAT en el switch multicapa, para los equipos de aula se hará una NAT de la red 192.168.10.0/24 a la IP 192.168.0.2, para los equipos de la tienda se hará una NAT de la red 192.168.20.0/24 a la IP 192.168.0.2 y otra para la red del servidor 192.168.30.0/24 a la IP 192.168.0.2</li>
<li>Respecto del filtrado del tráfico, solo tenemos que filtrar el tráfico que entra desde la VLAN 10, por lo que crearíamos la siguiente ACL, que aplicaríamos al tráfico que entra por la interface virtual SVI VLAN10:</li>
</ul>

<p>En este post vamos a mostrar con un ejemplo como se configuran las LAN Virtuales (VLANs) con dispositivos Cisco.</p>
<p>Una empresa tiene 3 departamentos (Gestión, Informática y Dirección) distribuidos en un edificio de 4 plantas. En cada planta hay un switch de 24 puertos que recoge el cableado de todos los puestos de trabajo de la planta. En el sótano se encuentra el núcleo de la red con un switch capa 3 central que recibe una conexión por cada planta, una conexión al router que da salida al exterior y otra conexión a un equipo para la administración de la red como se muestra en el esquema.<br />
Vamos a realizar las siguientes configuraciones:</p>
<ul>
<li>Reservar 5 puertos para cada departamento en los switchs de planta.</li>
<li>Gestionar la red desde el equipo de administración.</li>
<li>Permitir la comunicación entre los departamentos.</li>
<li>Configurar el enrutamiento estático necesario.</li>
<li>Bloquear el acceso a internet para la vlan de Gestión.</li>

<li>Se creará una VLAN para cada departamento, más una VLAN para administrar la red, cada VLAN será una red que tendrá conexión al router, en el router se realizan las ACLs necesarias para filtrar el tráfico y se enrutará el tráfico entre redes.</li>

<li>No es necesario asignar ningún puerto a la VLAN de administración, a la SVI se accederá a través del puerto troncal. Las VLAN normales no responden a ninguna IP porque no tiene una SVI asociada. El esquema lógico de los switchs de planta sería:</li>

<li>En cuanto al núcleo de la red vamos crear subinterfaces en el router, desde el router se realiza el filtrado del tráfico. En el switch crearíamos las siguientes asignaciones de VLAN:</li>

<li>El router tiene dos interfaces físicas pero tiene cuatro interfaces lógicas. Las cuatro interfaces lógicas son las puertas de enlace de las diferentes redes asignadas a las VLANs.<br />
La configuración IP del equipo de administración sería por ejemplo 192.168.40.40, desde este equipo se conectaría a las IPs de administración de los switchs (192.168.40.1, .2, .3, .4, .100) y también se administraría el router en la IP 192.168.40.254.<br />
En cuanto al enrutamiento, todas las redes que llegan por las interfaces lógicas son redes conectadas directamente y, por tanto, el router las añade automáticamente a la tabla de enrutamiento. El único enrutamiento que necesitamos configurar es la ruta por defecto que son los datos facilitados por el ISP para conectar a internet.</li>

<li>En esta situación el router comunicará a todos los dispositivos del edificio, pero en el router se podrán activar filtros para controlar la comunicación entre los diferentes departamentos y también los accesos a internet. Para bloquear el acceso del departamento de gestión a internet incluimos la siguiente ACL:</li>

<p>Y teniendo el siguiente supuesto:</p>
<p>En el esquema hay 4 grupos de 4 PCs, un switch multicapa y un servidor. Lo primero que vamos a realizar será un esquema (físico y lógico) con las conexiones entre dispositivos y configuraremos el switch multicapa para que cada grupo de 4 PCs sea independiente del resto de grupos y todos los PCs puedan acceder a la web del servidor ubicado junto al switch multicapa. Solo van a comunicar PCs entre sí cuando pertenezcan al mismo grupo.</p>
<ul>
<li>Crearemos una VLAN por cada planta, otra VLAN de administración de red y una LAN para el Server:</li>

<li>En el switch multicapa vamos a crear cuatro interfaces virtuales (SVI), una por cada VLAN, que serán las puertas de enlace de cada VLAN, crearemos otra SVI para la VLAN de Management, el puerto 24 del switch multicapa lo desactivaremos como puerto de switch y lo activaremos como interface de router, en esta infraestructura no hay ningún puerto en modo troncal:</li>

<p>En esta entrada seguiremos con el routing &amp; switching de Cisco y vamos a ver una topología de red donde configuraremos varias VLANs, en el que uno de los switches será el maestro de toda la infraestructura, en él hemos creado y configurado todas las VLANs, le hemos configurado el protocolo VTP como server, esto quiere decir, que los demás switches los hemos configurado con el protocolo VTP como cliente, y será el maestro (VTP server) el que le pase toda la configuración de las VLANs a los clientes.</p>
<p>VTP son las siglas de VLAN Trunking Protocol, un protocolo de mensajes de nivel 2 usado para configurar y administrar VLANs en equipos Cisco. Permite centralizar y simplificar la administración en un domino de VLANs, pudiendo crear, borrar y renombrar las mismas, reduciendo así la necesidad de configurar la misma VLAN en todos los switches.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hola a todos.</p>
<p>En esta entrada veremos un diseño bastante interesante sobre como montar una topología de red jerárquica, en mi opinión, antes de montar cualquier infraestructura de servidores ya sean físicos o virtualizados con VMware, Hyper-V o cualquier otra tecnología de virtualización, tenemos que tener unos buenos cimientos a nivel de networking y en ésta topología que diseñé hace algunos meses os muestro como tener bien construidos unos cimientos sobre los que se apoyará nuestra infraestructura VMware vSphere que veremos más adelante.</p>
<p>El diseño de las redes modernas se basan en redes convergentes de este tipo dónde tenemos múltiples redes con múltiples servicios, en este caso, tenemos una red de DATOS, otra de VoIP y otra de VIDEO dónde podemos montar nuestro circuito cerrado de televisión (CCTV).</p>
<p>Con este diseño se resume prácticamente lo más importante que se ve en el CCNA:</p>
<ul>
<li>Configuraciones básicas de routers y switches</li>
<li>Enrutamiento estático</li>
<li>Protocolos de enrutamiento</li>
<li>STP</li>
<li>VLANs</li>
<li>VTP</li>
<li>ACLs &#8211; Listas de control de acceso</li>
<li>DHCP, DNS</li>
</ul>
<p>y parte del CCNP como switches de capa 3 o etherchannel.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>En esta nueva entrada veremos la configuración del protocolo DHCP y la configuración de VLAN en routers y switches de Cisco, DHCP está configurado sobre el router llamado rtcalatel y en la configuración de las LANs virtuales utilizaremos uno de los switches para configurar en él todas la VLANs y que las propague a los demás switches a través de VTP, para ello, el switch llamado swcalatelsv estará configurado como VTP server y los demás estarán configurados como VTP client.</p>
